    A: Yes, I offer secure, state-compliant online notarization for eligible documents and clients located in the U.S. All parties must have a valid government-issued ID and internet access with video/audio capabilities. Additional fee is incurred.

    A: I currently serve Arizona- Maricopa and Pinal County. Travel fees may apply based on distance—please message me with your location for an exact quote.

  • Q. What do I need to bring to the appointment?

    A: You’ll need a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license or passport) and the unsigned document(s). All signers must be present and mentally aware.

    A: No. I do not provide translation services but can notarize English documents if requirements are met.

  • Q. Are you certified and insured?

    A: Yes. I am a commissioned Notary Public in Arizona, background-checked, and carry Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance for your protection.

  • Q. Can you notarize a document for someone who is not physically present?

    A: For remote notarization, yes—everyone must appear via a secure video platform. For in-person notarizations, all signers must be physically present during the appointment. Additional fee is incurred.
